Hello, I hope everyone is having the best summer they can have, in these strange days.
We, at the Board of Trade had hoped that by now, things would be returning to normal, and in some cases they are almost back. Patio dining, outdoor activities are possible as are gatherings where social distancing is possible.
After much consideration, however, we have decided to cancel our September Fish Fry, and the November Appreciation night.

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, the Community Centre is closed until June 30, 2020. All parks and playgrounds are also closed, as residents practice physical distancing at this time.
Please note that all community events are cancelled until June 30/2020. We encourage you to support local businesses.

This event is usually held twice a year, once in the Spring and again in the Fall. Volunteers are welcome, and we usually meet for coffee and baked treats after the clean-up.
Note that this event has been cancelled this spring due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The New Dundee Remembrance Day ceremony is held every year in the Main St. Park. Participants meet at the school at 10:30 and proceed to the park for the ceremony.
New Dundee Board of Trade hosts the annual Fish Fry the third Wednesday of September every year. This is our most popular event and often sells out, so beside to get your tickets in time!
Serving starts at 5:00pm and continues until 7:00pm.
Tickets at the door are $20 for adults (ages 13+), $6 for children ages 6-12, and free for younger. Adult tickets may be pre-purchased for $18 at the Village Market or the Emporium.
Your meal includes battered fish, chips, salads, coffee, and desert.
Every summer, the Board of Trade, the Women’s Institute and the Optimist’s Club organize a musical event in the main park.
These events are free and drinks and popcorn are available for a nominal fee. The musical styles vary; there is something for everyone’s taste.
The June event has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have not been given the official word for the July and August dates, please check-in again. this site will be updated.
Our Pancake Breakfast is held on the 3rd Sunday in March every year. It is a very popular event, so be sure to attend.
The breakfast features all you can eat pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, apple sauce, and juice. Coffee and tea are also provided. And as always, real maple syrup!
